The process of writing my 3 books and living in an ongoing process of personal and spiritual growth has equipped me with excellent resources to assisting others in achieving their individual goals.
I am trained as a life coach through Mentor Coach and add to this 30 years of experience as a psychotherapist and committed seeker. I believe coaching works because of these aspects of coaching which contribute to its effectiveness:

A coach provides encouragement, emotional safety and skills in seeing and removing obstacles.

Transform Your Golden Years into Diamond Decades
Patricia is now specializing in resiliency coaching for baby boomers. A sexagenarian herself, Patricia is acutely aware of the timeliness of making the most of the transition from the workplace to retirement life.
Her book Mining for Diamonds shows how people call upon both internal and external resources to create resiliency and overcome adversity. Patricia has developed a program to help retirees identify and access resources developed in their decades of contributing in the workplace and caring for their families. She assists in finding ways to transfer these resources into the community. This giving back or reseeding the community with gifts gained through one’s lifetime supports the intrinsic values of connections, belonging and meaning that create a sense of happiness and well-being.
Patricia’s program is called “Transforming Your Golden Years into Diamond Decades” and she offers guidance in both a group setting and individual phone sessions.
