- Post Retirement Life- As a baby boomer herself Patricia has developed a program called “Turn Your Golden Years into Diamond Decades.” She inspires retirement age men and women to glean the resources they’ve developed in their careers and “reseed the community” with their gifts. This is the appropriate role of the elder in a healthy community.
